Under the "Market Entry Projects Preparation Support" program, the Ministry of Trade provides a grant covering up to 50% of eligible expenses, with a maximum limit of TRY 761,017.

Overview of Market Entry Project Support

For each targeted market, companies are required to conduct a comprehensive analysis and develop a strategic approach that includes:

  • Market Entry Strategy
  • E-export Strategy
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Branding and Marketing Strategy
  • A three-year "Export Implementation Plan" covering budget details and state incentives

The project proposal, along with a timeline detailing each planned activity and its corresponding budget, must be submitted to the Ministry of Trade for approval.

Key Update:
As per the regulation amendment on April 15, 2024, the "Overseas Market Research Support", which covers expenses for international market research trips up to TRY 379,455 per trip, will now only apply to target markets explicitly mentioned in the approved Export Plan. This means that obtaining an approved Export Plan is now a prerequisite for benefiting from international market research trip support.
