- Producing items using a patented production method.
- Selling, distributing, importing, storing for commercial purposes, or using patented products or products manufactured by a patented method.
- Participating in or encouraging actions that lead to patent infringement, or facilitating such actions.
- Failing to disclose the source of counterfeit products.
- Illegitimately extending the boundaries of a licensing agreement.
