Patent Valuation

What is Patent Valuation?

Patent Valuation is the determination of the material value that a patent has created or may create in the future. Patents are assets that can transform information into a commercializable asset. When we look at profitable companies in the world, the value of intangible assets is much higher than the value of tangible assets in all of them without exception. Intangible rights that add so much value to institutions need to be managed very correctly and the synergy they create for the institution needs to be revealed.

When calculating the value created or to be created by a patent, the legal status, market status and technological status of the invention should be evaluated together with its financial values.
